Different markings for different needs and each application needs markings of a specific size. But how small a marking can be?
Imagine for example that on diamonds the marking can be around 100 microns in height. This means that then it takes special equipment to go and read the marking. However, this does not happen only in the world of diamonds. Technical instruments, tools, microchips, PC boards, pipes, joints and many more. All these products sometimes need to be marked with very very small codes, logos or informations.
Many customers ask us markings that must be practically invisible in order not to:
1) disturbs the overall view of the object
2) be easily visible for anti-counterfeiting reasons
3) too big for the product itself, for instance, very small objects
With Automator’s marking machines there are no problems with minimum marking height, for almost all our marking technologies:
LASERS
DOT PEEN MACHINES
SCRIBERS
IMPACT MACHINES
HOT FOIL MARKERS
ROLL MARKERS
CHEM-ETCH KITS
