Dotpeen marking on anodised aluminium, burnished metals, cardboard, ceramics, ebony, wood, metals and alloys, hard plastics, polycarbonate, silicone, paint and glass

Thanks to the very versatile software and the available I/O signals, the ADP is particularly suitable for inline integration, network systems, data customisation and production control.

Dotpeen marking system with

• 25x60mm marking area
• Pneumatic, spring-return and electric magnetic tip movement
• Controlled-point version for deep and fast marking or vibrating version for fast, high-quality marking
• 6 different standard tips available for the controlled-point version
• 2 different standard tips for the vibrating point version
• 1 electric tip

Two universal control units available

• AC500 7″ colour graphic touch screen with talking icons
• Ethernet, RS232-485, Usb, I/O connections
• AC250 basic version, with PC connection or stand-alone with up to 8 programmes

Easy-to-learn multilingual software with many open parameters:

• Management of serial numbers, texts, basic geometric figures, layer and date codes in various formats
• TTF fonts, braille fonts 5×7 - 7×11 - 11×16, OCRA - OCRB, loading/unloading files, importing
• Dxf - Bmp, query in txt and Csv, Datamatrix and QRcode, scheduled maintenance,
• remote maintenance, fixed 64MB internal memory
• Handheld kit with economy handle and start marking button; front spacer to support the workpiece
