Laser YAG Standard

YAG standard laser is a powerful and effective laser source, based on diode laser pumped technology and on laser Nd:YAG crystal, able to produce up to 100W power.
This source guarantees deep markings on metals and on anodized aluminum, light makings with color contrasts on metals and plastics. The laser is available in 30W, 50W and 100W power, with water close circuit cooling in a unit, perfectly integrated into the system rack. Wavelength: 1,064 μm.

Laser YAG Compact

YAG-Compact laser is a powerful and effective laser source, based on diode laser pumped technology and on laser Nd:YAG crystal. It is similar to YAG standard, but more compact in dimensions to make integrations easier This source guarantees deep markings on metals and on anodized aluminum, light makings with color contrasts on metals and plastics.
The laser is available in 30W, 50W and 100W power with water close circuit cooling in a unit, perfectly integrated into the system rack. Wavelength: 1,064 μm.


Laser CO2

Laser CO2

Integra CO2 laser system is the most suitable solution for marking on production lines organic materials such as wood, plastics, certain ceramics and cloth. The wavelength is about ten times more than the YAG one and is 10,6 μm. The available powers are 10W, 25W, 30W, 50W, 100W in different marking areas from 70x70 mm2 to 210x210 mm2.
This wide range of CO2 laser sources guarantee the marking of a big number of piece/minute. The air cooling of the source helps easy integrations and save energy consumptions.

Laser Fibra YVO4

The Fiber 10W YVO4 Integra is a laser of new concept and completes the area applications of YAG models.
The wavelength is 1,064 μm but, compared to YAG, it has some advantages, such as: more compact dimensions (the laser source is about one third), smaller energy consumption (because it is air cooled), thinner laser beam diameter, suitable for applications with high resolution and precision of markings.
Available powers: 5W, 10W, 20W. These smaller medium powers, compared
to YAG, are compensated by a greater possibility of concentrating the laser beam (the laser beam diameter is smaller and, consequently, more concentrated on the piece to be marked) by a greater intensity and by a better definition of the beam
itself.
