Superior model is the “flag-ship” of Automator systems: a laser designed both for high rate productions and big piece to be marked. Superior is the result of a mature engineering and design evolution, as a result of Automator experience in marking.
An excellent system: reliable, safe in security, compact, elegant in its design.


MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:                                    >>> MARKING AREA

- Laser sources: CO2, DIODIYAG and fiber YVO4, at any power.
- Vertical Axis (Zeta Axis), stroke 400 mm, for marking components of different height
  dimensions.
- 2 Orthogonal Axis (X/Y Axis, optional) stroke 300 mm, for automatic marking of pallets   with different rows/columns of objects, Marking controlled by software.
- Rotary Table (optional) with two/four positions, 800 mm diameter; for marking and, at   the same time, loading objects to be marked.
- Rotary Axis (THETA Axis, optional) for marking cylindrical objects. Software controlling   the spindle.
- Loading area: 800x 800 mm2.
- Ergonomic Console, set on an adjustable arm, with a 15” LCD colour display, mouse,
  keyboard, main buttons for operating and Emergency .
- General Electric Panel, easy access on the back.
- Easy and quick maintenance.
- Security Class 1 – the Operator can work with the maximum security warranties.
  A window with a special protective glass gives the opportunity of seeing inside the   marking area during marking. Lights on the top of the machine give an immediate   indication of the laser status.

The machine can be easily adapted to the client’s requests (automatisation of the door, modifications of the panels of the machine for passing lines, particular supports for the objects to be marked…).
