Laser Perfecta

Perfecta is the laser system, designed and produced by Automator for medium rate productions and for small objects. It is acompact and reliable, safe and elegant solution, for highly precise and efficient markings. Into the Perfecta model are integrated all mechanical, electric and hardware components.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:                                    >>> MARKING AREA

- Laser Sources available for Perfecta model: CO2, DIODI-YAG and fiber YVO4, with any   available power.
- Vertical Axis (Z AXIS), Stroke 400 mm, for marking objects with different dimensions,   controlled manually thought a direct current motor.
- Rotary Axis (THETA AXIS, Optional), though the software control of the rotary spindle;   for marking cylindrical objects .
- Loading area: 400x450 mm2.
- Ergonomic Console, with Operational buttons and Emergency; set on the side of the   loading area, with display lcd 15”color, mouse and keyboard.
- General Electric Panel, set on the back.
- Simply and quick maintenance.
- Security Class 1– the Operator can work with the maximum security warranties. A   window with a special protective glass gives the opportunity of seeing inside the   marking area during marking. Lights on the top of the machine give an immediate   indication of the laser status.
