The Laser marking has been entering massively in the industrial processes, often supplanting the other typologies of marking systems . Within the laser technology, the most modern and innovative technique, Automator has by now consolidated its know-how and is projected in proposing new and effective solutions. The laser technology shows in fact the highest levels of reliability and is, at the same time, in constant and fast evolution. The advantages in the use of the laser are many and go from the quality of marking, to the maintenance of the system , from the absence of contact to the rapidity and the flexibility of the operation. Integra models are systems that Automator has designed and produced for integrations in production lines.In these models, two are the main units: the laser beam and the rack, with small dimensionsand with all electric, electronic and hardware components, with the cooling unit and withPC with software.Start – Stop marking, Emergency, shutter control are the remote signals.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:                                    >>> MARKING AREA

- Laser source available: CO2, DIODI-YAG, DIODI-YAG COMPACT and fiber YVO4, with   any power .• General Electric Pan, easy access on the back of the rack .
- Easy and quick maintenance.
- Security Class 1 - the Operator can work with the maxi-mum security warranties. A   window with a special protective glass gives the opportunity of seeing inside the   marking   area during marking. Lights on the top of the machine give an immediate   indication of   the laser status.

The laser beam, including the source and the scan head connected to the rack through cables, is easily integrated into existing or in-project production lines. All available laser sources model Integr aare equipped with adjustable mechanical components for an easy fixing in the desired position.Automator Integra model can be control-led remotely trough buttons-panels and I/O signals, described exhaustively in the Operative Manual.

Lux
Lux models are super-compact laser systems, with high performances: an absolute innovation that Automator has studied for the integration in existing or new production
lines. Start and Stop marking signals, emergencies, shutter control for laser interrupting are all remote-controlled signals. Electrical and electronic circuits, cooling and laser mother board for controlling the laser from software have been miniaturizes and placed into one single mono-block that contains the laser source and the scan head.
It turns out to be a structure reduced to minimum space, with great versatility and excellent performances.

All the laser sources, available in LUX version systems, are supplied with mechanical solutions that simplify their insertion in the desired position.
The Automator system is controllable from remote through keyboard and plugs with I/O signals, described in detail in the Instructions enclosed to Lux laser delivery .
Automator moreover proposes as optional the PC with dedicated software and adequate eye protections
