Laser futurae

Futurae is a very small system with reduced to minimum measures that Automator has
designed and produced for small rate productions, with high marking quality at law costs.
Thanks to its dimensions, Futurae can be compared to a bench system . Futurae guarantees a low global consumption and a high efficiency.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:                                    >>> MARKING AREA

- Laser sources available : fiber YVO4, with any power.
- Vertical Axis (Z Axis), Stroke 300 mm, manual, for marking objects with different
  heights.
- Rotary Axis (Theta Axis, Optional), software control of the rotary spindle for marking   cylindrical objects.
- Loading Area: 200x300 mm2.
- Ergonomic Console, set on a removable keyboard, adjustable according to the User’s   needs, with Operational buttons and emergency.
- Monitor 17” CRT Colors, mouse, keyboard.
- General Electric Panel , easy access on the back.
- Easy and quick maintenance.
- Security Class 1 – the Operator can work with the maximum security warranties. A   window with a special protective glass gives the opportunity of seeing inside the   marking area during marking. Lights on the top of the machine give an immediate   indication of the laser status.

Laser

The Opera laser marking machine is the most compact model with the smallest foot-print that Automator International have ever manufactured. It is ideally suited for medium size production requirements offe-ring high quality marking at a very low cost. It is designed for bench mounting andis similar in size to a standard printer.
