| The Laser marking has been entering massively in the industrial processes, often supplanting the other typologies of marking systems . Within the laser technology, the most modern and innovative technique, Automator has by now consolidated its know-how and is projected in proposing new and effective solutions. The laser technology shows in fact the highest levels of reliability and is, at the same time, in constant and fast evolution. The advantages in the use of the laser are many and go from the quality of marking, to the maintenance of the system , from the absence of contact to the rapidity and the flexibility of the operation. Automator offers are distinguished on the market both for its huge range of standard systems and for their quality , matching the specific requirements of the customers . Automator gives a constant after-sale service, a careful assistance and a continuous modernization of the machine and its components. |

YAG (Yttrium aluminium garnet)
The YAG laser sources have reached a great industrial maturity in the last years. The wavelength is 1,064 μm. In particular Automator YAG lasers are diode pumped, with
an innovative technology characterized by the best efficiency, least consumption, minor maintenance operations and highest performances. The Automator DIODO-YAG technology includes laser with powers from 30W to 100W, for marking with color contrasts and deep engravings on metals and steel. It is available in both model standard and compact.
Materials:
metals, aluminum or anodized, plastics, ebony, ceramics, painted surfaces.

CO2
The CO2 is the most widespread gas laser in marking: Automator lasers are available in medium powers, from 10W to 100W; they are air cooled and grant the best results in all CO2 applications , even on very speed or very deep markings, in particular on organic materials.
Materials:
wood, plastics, ceramics, cloth, marble, glass, paper, cardboard, painted surfaces,
aluminum anodized. |
YVO4 (Vanadate)
The laser, using fiber optical technology, can guarantee new solutions in marking applications, in particular for its compactness, versatility and marking quality, thanks to its very thin and precise laser beam with great optical effects and high resolution. The pumping is activated by diodes, though the vanadate (YVO4): the fiber concentrates and transports the energy up to the goal. The cooling is air. Available powers are: 5W, 10W e 20W.
Materials:
Metals, anodized aluminum, plastics, ebony, ceramics, painted surfaces.
