Automator impact marking machines are extremely simple in theirs use and maintenance. Their operation, though springs in the manual models or by air pressure in the pneumatic ones, guarantees an always perfect marking with an adjustable marking depth. They are reliable bench machines, for aimed productions, where the marking space is a small surface. Their price-quality relation is extremely favourable. The Compact models (VP) can be arranged and integrated very easily in a production line. There is even a portable impact version Micro, the simplest and smallest impact unit with a marking force (adjustable) up to 50 Kg. for testing check.

 LInear Typeholders

The linear typeholders are suitable for marking on flat surfaces using impact or squeeze action, or for marking on round components using roller marking techniques.
The typeholders are manufactured exactly rectilinear and perfectly square, thus ensuring perfect alignment of the types to the part to be marked.
The following table shows the range of standard typeholders available, as well as the number of lines and height of type that each one supports.

 Hot marking Typeholders back

The typeholders for hot marking of the series PCC are manufactured from steel and brass. This creates the best heat conductivity to the types during the marking process using the hot marking machines MB 20E and MB 21E.
The two models of typeholder with overall dimensions of 65 and 80mm respectively, are suitable for nearly every requirement, especially as the slot on the typeholders is adjustable allowing types of different sizes to be used as well as catering for multiple lines.
The high degree of accuracy in manufacture guarantees a perfect hot mark either with or without foil

 Conical Typeholders  back 

The roller typeholder RPC 101, for use with conical types, can take either one or two lines of type and can be used either with our roller marking machines or for special purpose applications to mark flat or round components, but always employing the roller marking technique.
This system is of particular use for marking fragile components or very hard parts with all the force concentrated on a single character.

The typeholders to mark in a circle on flat are made on request to meet specific customer requirements. The dimensions (diameter, character height, number of characters etc.) all depend upon the needs of the customer
